Summer in Technicolour Exhibition starts June 26

Technicolour Summer at The Yard Gallery

As the sun reaches its zenith and summer breezes sweep through Leah’s Yard, The Yard Gallery transforms into a kaleidoscope of vibrant colour. Running from 26 June to 31 August, Summer in technicolour brings together a curated group of local talents—including painters, ceramists, printmakers, and mixed-media artists—to celebrate the riotous hues of summer.

Building on the earlier City to Peaks theme launched in March, the summer iteration shifts focus from pastels and earth tones to bold technicolor — think punchy pinks, electric blues, and neon greens—mirroring sun-drenched architecture, blooming gardens, and the shimmering reservoirs of the Peaks at high summer.

To mark the launch of this exciting exhibition, we are hosting an exclusive VIP Launch Art Show at starting 7pm on Wednesday 25th June, offering a first look at the collection, the opportunity to meet the artists, and an evening of creative conversation.
